There was a time when the only way you could get a prepaid credit card was to go to your bank and have one made for you. Times have changed a great deal since this technology came out. Now you can go to most large department stores and find at least one Credit Card Vending Machine. What this is is a card that you activate at the register or through the machine itself when purchasing it. It works like any other vending machine but you call a number after acquiring the card and add money to the card from your bank account. Another option is to add money right there at the machine!
