When I moved to Long Island, I was really concerned about not regaining the weight I had worked so hard to take off down south. The winters and the inclement weather can make exercising outdoors so much less pleasant. Finally I decided to go online and look for a “long island personal trainer” who would hold me accountable to put in the necessary hours in a fitness center to stay in shape. I guess sometimes you just have to understand your weakness and do something to over ride your tendencies. Now I work out faithfully because I know that my trainer will be asking me and monitoring my physical progress. That works for me.
