I am attending a weight loss seminar today with one of my friends where an expert in the field of slimming is going to tell us how to lose 10 lbs a week. This is apparently a new sensational plan that is sweeping the nation and although it sounds quite far fetched and unrealistic there are people all over the place taking part and seeing genuine results. I am happy to give anything a try as I know just how hard it is to lose weight on regular diet and exercise plans. It may just be my metabolism but there is always a way to beat these things and today could be the first day of the rest of my life.
