How does a dad ever sum up what’s in his heart when it’s time to watch his little girl be married to the man of her dreams? I used to wonder what it would feel like when this moment came, and I know now how bittersweet it really is. As one of the givers of the wedding speeches, I hope I can capture my feelings and put them into adequate words. I want her to know how much I love her and wish I could keep her close to me. I also want her to feel confident that she has my blessings to marry this man. This isn’t going to be easy.
