I’ve never had to buy pots and pans before, so having to obtain cookware was rather a scary undertaking. I imagine it’s not only about getting something formed from “metal” as there are so many varieties. I’ll want to read the best cookware review possible. What I’ve learned so far is that copper is costly and may not respond well to acidic food. My friend, who relishes cooking, swears by his cast iron cookware. Nonetheless, I never knew that acidic food would be so much of a concern for cast iron either. There’s nothing like reviews to assist you. The cookware I do purchase in the end must be economic and great to use.
