I have been getting ten calls a day, more or less from people wondering what is on their roof and if just by having a simple roof cleaning done, will it go away. I always make sure to let them know that there are no guarantees but if they want to improve the appearance of their roof and get rid of those embarrassing black streaks then they need to hire a professional who knows how to do the job properly. There are too many roofers out there that have told these people that they need to completely replace their roof and that is just not the case.
