My son Robert is very gifted when it comes to computers. He is only 10 years old and knows more about computers than many adults. When I noticed his reading skills were not where they needed to be for his age last year, my first choice was to purchase phonics programs. I knew software was the best option for him because of his love for computers. The software programs kept his attention and he liked them very much. In fact, he used the software without being asked to do so. I am happy to report his reading has improved and he is now at the top of his class.
