The Key to Effective Muscle Building
The key to effective muscle building (German: effektiver Muskelaufbau) is exercise. You can sit there and read those magazines and blogs and watch all the videos you want but thinking about exercising is not exercising. Yes, it is a shame that the weights are so heavy but that’s the whole point. There is a reason the expression “No Pain, No Gain” is still around. You have to work for what you want. It will take long hours of pain and sweat to get what you want and you’re not doing yourself any good by just sitting here and reading this. Get up and do something. Now.
